Ideally situated just outside Manhattan, the practice offers a comprehensive range of veterinary services, generating approximately 60% of revenue from medical and preventative care, 30% from surgical procedures, and 10% from emergency services. Services include routine wellness visits, vaccinations, diagnostics, treatment plans, emergency care, and a variety of surgical procedures. The practice operates from a 1,600-square-foot facility featuring two examination rooms, along with a dedicated 200-square-foot consultation room designed specifically for end-of-life and euthanasia services. Daily operations are supported by a skilled team of seven full-time employees, including a licensed veterinarian, two veterinary technicians, and three v
