Our records/financials are clean and up to date. We are profitable. Included in this sale are all FF&E, baking methods, recipes, employee training methods, website and marketing materials. At closing we will take an inventory. This value will be in addition to the purchase price. As part of the sale, we are willing to establish a transition period along with training for the new owner.
