What we collect

When you open an account: your first name, last name, email, the role you declare and a hash of your password — never the password itself.

When you sign in: the date, the IP address and the browser used. These records are used to show you your active sessions and to slow down intrusion attempts. They are used for nothing else.

We set no audience-measurement or advertising cookies. The only cookie set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Why

To give you access to your account, apply your plan, and protect the platform. There is no advertising profiling, and no resale of data.

Where your data lives

On our servers, in Canada. Fonts are hosted by us rather than loaded from a third-party service, precisely so that no visitor IP address leaves the country on every page.

The listings shown

The businesses for sale come from public marketplaces. We always cite the source of each listing. If you are a seller and want a listing removed, write to us: it will be.

Your rights

You can view, correct or have your information erased, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply within thirty days, as required by Québec’s Law 25.

You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Retention

Deleting an account erases its information. Sign-in records are kept for twelve months, then erased.
